Chair Derek Huber called the meeting to order at 10:21 a.m.

Donnie Huffine: Pledge of Allegiance

Minutes: Called for any changes to November minutes. Called for approval of minutes, Johnny Rickman made the motion, Bobbie Burchard 2nd, and all were in favor. The November minutes were accepted.

Treasury Report: Karen is sick, Mike B: 

We have $5,736 in our account. We have now had to register with the Secretary of State, process is complete. We have to have an address now that we have filed with the Secretary of State so we opened a PO Box this month as well. PO Box #2841 Mountain Home, 72654.

Update: We collected $615 in donations at this meeting.

Chair Update: Derek Huber

We have 3 JP candidates. We are looking at VAN to see how it will work for our candidates. There was discussion as to whether we should forgo our Jan and Feb meetings and keep subcommittees working during that time. Fear of losing members/interested ones if we do this so it was decided to keep monthly meetings during Jan and Feb. There was an idea of forming a publicity committee. It was decided to keep Jan and Feb meetings and after our regular meeting, break out and work in our sub-committees. Sunday, Feb 4th is the deadline to register to vote for the next election. 

New Business/Discussions: Sub-committees needed for funding of candidate. Next Saturday, Dec 9th is the State Democratic Meeting and our three delegates are attending.

Chair Derek Huber adjourned the meeting at 11:07 a.m.
